Channels Sales Executive responsible for managing partner channels in São Paulo to reach 1.0M lives. Contributing to Swile's growth and executing strategic partnership processes.
Responsibilities
Management and expansion of partner sales channels;
Identify opportunities to open new channels in the region;
Prospect new channel partners;
Plan and execute sales initiatives and campaigns with channel partners;
Promote and actively participate in events with partner channels;
Collaborate with the sales team to pursue sales opportunities originating from channels;
Liaise with and manage internal partner areas (Finance, Customer Success, Innovation, Legal, Marketing);
Engage with clients (HR, end users) to resolve partnership-related issues and requests;
Organize billing flows and processes, customer onboarding, implementation of new tools, etc.;
Requirements
Previous experience managing channels and partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication
Practical knowledge of channel prospecting techniques
Familiarity with sales CRM
