Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts in English and French.
- Manage contracts from initiation to renewal or termination.
- Develop standardized negotiation frameworks and processes.

- Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks.
- Advise and train operational teams on legal and contractual matters.
- Implement and improve systems for contract archiving and management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in French law, ideally focus on banking, financial or business law; CAPA is a plus.
- Around 10 years of experience as a legal officer, ideally in a tech/fintech environment.
- Solid expertise in contract law, compliance (GDPR, payment) and risk management.
- Advanced negotiation skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
