About the role
- Lead Product Manager at Swan, driving Card Issuing and Credit products for embedded banking in Europe. Collaborate across teams aligning with company strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the Card Issuing and Credit product area and report to the VP Product & Operations—Payment.
- Set and drive a focused, data-led roadmap aligned with company KPIs and outcomes.
- Grow revenue impact by increasing adoption, activation, usage, and retention.
- Partner closely with GTM, Data, Compliance, Payment Operations, Design, Docs, and Engineering.
- Stay on top of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience in payments, financial infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Technical fluency to partner closely with engineering on APIs and platform design
- Engagement with enterprise customers and leading high-stakes, strategic conversations
- Clear communication of complex payments and card strategies
