About the role

Responsibilities
- Investment and economic planning
- Independent participation in the preparation of economic and investment planning
- Support for the annual budgeting of investment measures
- Conducting plan-vs.-actual comparisons and variance analyses in the investment area
- Controlling and analyses
- Preparation of business reports, analyses and KPIs in investment controlling
- Participation in profitability calculations and scenario analyses for investment projects
- Analysis of investment expenditures and derivation of professional assessments
- Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management as well as divisional and department heads
- Contributing to the further development of reporting with a focus on investments
- Preparation of decision-making documentation based on existing controlling instruments
- Assisting with year-end closing tasks related to investments and controlling
- Support in reconciling controlling and financial data
- Participation in commercial/financial projects
- Taking on selected administrative tasks (e.g., master data maintenance, report generation)
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
- Basic understanding of business and economic contexts
- Confident user of MS Excel; ideally experience with ERP systems
- Structured, reliable and analytical working style
- Willingness to learn and take on new topics in controlling
