About the role

  • Trade Marketing Analyst managing promotional calendars and client relations for clients in São Paulo. Aiming for effective ROI and strategic alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' promotional calendar (cleaning festival, Black Friday, seasonality, store anniversaries, etc.);
  • Monitor and analyze the ROI of activities and investments, ensuring return on funds spent;
  • Work with the commercial team on the process of registering and tracking innovations, ensuring assortment inclusion and proper execution;
  • Lead weekly internal forums with the commercial and merchandising teams;
  • Manage the regional annual budget in detail (budget per client), ensuring efficient allocation and quarterly planning;
  • Monitor targets and execution at the point of sale (POS) — presence, price, shelf space, extra displays, among others;
  • Take a leading role in servicing/supporting priority clients (JBP) and in monitoring each client's KPIs;
  • Propose and lead category development projects with an analytical approach and a shopper focus;
  • Ensure, together with the merchandising team, effective execution of POS materials (MPDV/backlights);
  • Maintain strong interface with Commercial, Marketing, Trade Category, Revenue and Merchandising;
  • Participate in weekly and monthly forums with clients and internal areas (1:1s, commercial & merchandising meetings).

Requirements

  • Experience in Trade Marketing for channel management, preferably in the Direct channel (grocery/food retail);
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Nielsen/Scanntech tools;
  • Data-driven and analytical profile;
  • Strong communication skills to interface with multiple areas;
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies;
  • Experience/leadership in JBP processes and/or management of strategic clients is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI;
  • English is a plus but not mandatory.
