Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience, with five years in leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of business and operational finance, P&L, and margin management
- Proven track record of leading transformation and change management initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Strong business acumen to align strategy with business goals
- Ability to foster relationships and influence within a matrixed organization
- Experience in healthcare or hospital management
