About the role

  • Route Sales Representative driving a planned sales route in Chicago's suburbs. Focused on building relationships with property managers and providing surface repair services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a planned route across Chicago's north side and nearby suburbs
  • Build relationships with property managers and facility managers
  • Run a proven sales script with coaching
  • Follow up with contacts
  • Log visits and follow-ups in software
  • Attend weekly team meetings

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outside sales, route sales, or field sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle
  • Must be based in or near Chicago
  • Comfortable with CRM or route-tracking software (training provided)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
