About the role

  • Global Communications & Engagement Specialist responsible for executing communication strategies and engagement campaigns. Collaborating across departments to streamline content creation and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of engagement campaigns and projects
  • Assist in gathering and preparing data for metrics that measure the effectiveness of GCE campaigns and events
  • Coordinate logistical requirements for events, such as venue booking, materials preparation, and RSVP management
  • Assist in recording photo and video content at company events for internal engagement recaps
  • Develop and update basic digital and physical collaterals (e.g., flyers, posters, and presentation decks) using established templates
  • Manage and create communication materials for internal communication channels, such as intranets and employee forums
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to reach target audiences, including customers, partners
  • Ensure that content aligns with the organization's brand and messaging
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials
  • Assist in the administrative upkeep of GCE records and files
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment; internal candidates with a strong understanding of company culture are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using AI prompts (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for content drafting, research, and task automation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience with social media and digital communications
  • Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Willingness to undergo training in multimedia design, professional writing, and event management
  • Must have a growth mindset focused on efficiency and innovation, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Is adaptable and can manage tasks with minimum supervision
