About the role
- Werkstudent in Technical Product Communication at Sartorius, supporting project execution and documentation. Gaining experience while balancing studies with a 20-hour workweek in hybrid settings.
Responsibilities
- Support in the operational implementation of projects in the area of Technical Product Communication
- Participation in creating and editing simple product drawings
- Support in handling Asana tickets (web-based project management)
- Maintenance of files in our document management system
- Support in developing content modules for assets such as user, maintenance, and installation manuals
- General administrative tasks
- Assistance with preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Support in communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Technical Communication, Translation Studies, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Initial experience in technical communication, design, communication, and project management is an advantage
- Basic experience with Adobe products such as Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as MS Office applications
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Independent and systematic way of working
