Responsibilities
Build and maintain a therapy caseload primarily serving children ages 5–12.
Completing intake assessments as new clients are added to the caseload
Completing progress notes, treatment plans, and intakes in a timely manner
Offer consultation to other parties (e.g., family, healthcare provider, school faculty)
Following all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (training available)
Requirements
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
Full or associate licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA) in Indiana
Computer proficiency in using electronic health records and email
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance
Willingness to work with children and their families
Experience with play therapy or a similar modality
Knowledge of developmental psychology
