  • Full-time, Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Counseling at Bradley University, focusing on graduate education in clinical mental health and professional school counseling.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a workload 3-3-2 consistent with tenure-track faculty expectations
  • Provide supervision to practicum and internship students using a multicultural, developmentally attuned framework
  • Advise and mentor graduate students on clinical readiness, site expectations, and professional identity development
  • Engage in scholarly research, publication, and professional presentations consistent with tenure-track faculty expectations
  • Participate in service to the program, department, college, and university including accreditation and curriculum development efforts
  • Uphold a commitment to equity, access, and culturally responsive pedagogy and supervision
  • Collaborate across online and on-campus modalities to support student success and strengthen program-community partnerships

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from a non-profit institution by start date, CACREP-accredited program preferred
  • Licensure or license-eligibility as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) (or equivalent) in Illinois or a reciprocal state
  • Familiarity with CACREP standards and accreditation processes
