About the role

  • Customer Service Administrator supporting NHS, long-term care facilities, and private individuals with outstanding service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and manage shared inboxes, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Schedule service and repair appointments for our field engineers.
  • Maintain regular contact with field teams to monitor job progress and locations.
  • Liaise with customers and relevant parties to resolve delays, queries, and keep everyone informed.
  • Review completed jobs, issue quotations, and generate invoices.
  • Assist with invoice queries and process credits where necessary.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date across systems and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support across the department and to field staff when needed.

Requirements

  • A good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while following procedures.
  • Clear and accurate information handling, with strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
