About the role

  • Sales Support Administrator providing order processing and inventory support to Supermicro's field sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability and pricing
  • Assist the sales team with data entry tasks as well as backup for other sales support team members when needed
  • Work cross-functionally with production, account and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedule and to expedite and pending repair orders
  • Help process orders, expedite orders, assist with RMA’s

Requirements

  • High school diploma, 1-2 years’ industry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS office suite
  • knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues
