About the role

  • Lead Office Administrator supporting efficient operations at Boeing India Engineering team. Collaborating with leadership and coordinating administrative support for effective workflow in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within the organization and global teams to support efficient operations
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, visitors and other team members
  • Proactively manage Outlook calendars and virtual resource tools
  • Coordinate and reconcile schedule conflicts with multiple executives
  • Ensure conference room resources are maintained
  • Set up WebEx and teleconferences as needed
  • Coordinate and make domestic and international business travel arrangements
  • Plan and implement logistics for internal/external events
  • Assist management with compliance to Travel Policies
  • Provide assistance to maintain electronic and written communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required as basic qualification
  • Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2013 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Positive and proactive working attitude
  • High ethical and integrity standards
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • 12 or more years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
