About the role

Responsibilities
- You will be a key person in creating and managing the financial data for the business
- Making sure that many of the key operating processes happen accurately and on time each month
- As an early member of the finance team, you will be able to influence the way we do things
- Bringing not just executional excellence but also helping to build and shape a world class finance team ready for the future continued growth of the business
Requirements
- Broad experience across finance operational processes; payroll, invoicing, accounting/bookkeeping, HMRC returns
- Great attention to detail as it is a role that focuses on the numbers !
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for sustainability is a bonus
- Prior startup, high growth, small company experience is preferred
