Responsibilities

• Develop and update long-term strategies to secure competitive advantage.
• Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
• Lead teams, fostering continuous development, diversity and high performance.
• Act as mentor and coach for coordinators and direct reports.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
• Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure financial efficiency and oversee contract management.
• Champion service best practices and promote a knowledge-sharing environment.
• Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential professional network.
• Drive process automation and digitization to increase efficiency and foster innovation.
• Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work to improve the employee and member journey.
• Identify and address improvement opportunities across journeys, reducing friction and uncertainty, and increasing satisfaction.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
• Specialization / MBA.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience (including management experience).
• Basic English.
• Experience in people management and leadership.
• Knowledge of banking markets and products.
• Business and service modeling.
• Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
• Technologies, innovation and agile methodologies.
• Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
• Cooperative sector experience (cooperativism).
• Knowledge of the consortia market is a plus.
