Responsibilities
The Vice President, Digital Wealth, GRS is accountable for building and scaling a digital wealth business that drives measurable revenue growth, client acquisition, and deeper wallet share.
Define and execute digital-first sales strategies across self-serve, hybrid, and advisor-supported models.
Own the end-to-end digital wealth platform, ensuring it is designed to convert insight into action and intent into sales.
Drive digital acquisition strategies that attract new clients and expand reach into new segments.
Own go-to-market strategies for new digital wealth capabilities and offerings.
Build and lead high-performing teams across digital and advisor sales, platform operations, and growth analytics.
Requirements
15+ years of senior leadership experience in wealth management, digital platforms, or financial services.
Proven track record owning revenue and sales performance in digital or hybrid distribution models.
Experience scaling digital acquisition, conversion, and AUM growth.
Strong understanding of wealth, retirement, and investment products.
Data-driven commercial leader with experience using analytics and AI to drive sales outcomes.
Comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments.
Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec only for interactions with French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
