  • Vice President responsible for digital wealth business growth and revenue performance at Sun Life. Leading innovative strategies to attract clients and enhance profitability through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • The Vice President, Digital Wealth, GRS is accountable for building and scaling a digital wealth business that drives measurable revenue growth, client acquisition, and deeper wallet share.
  • Define and execute digital-first sales strategies across self-serve, hybrid, and advisor-supported models.
  • Own the end-to-end digital wealth platform, ensuring it is designed to convert insight into action and intent into sales.
  • Drive digital acquisition strategies that attract new clients and expand reach into new segments.
  • Own go-to-market strategies for new digital wealth capabilities and offerings.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across digital and advisor sales, platform operations, and growth analytics.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in wealth management, digital platforms, or financial services.
  • Proven track record owning revenue and sales performance in digital or hybrid distribution models.
  • Experience scaling digital acquisition, conversion, and AUM growth.
  • Strong understanding of wealth, retirement, and investment products.
  • Data-driven commercial leader with experience using analytics and AI to drive sales outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments.
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec only for interactions with French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
