About the role

  • SVP Product Management creating and delivering global growth strategy for Consumer Solutions. Leading emerging products and managing end-to-end product development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and delivering the Global growth strategy for Consumer Solutions
  • Responsible for leading emerging products
  • Developing a compelling long-term consumer strategy for the consumer business
  • Delivery of short-term and long-term strategic goals
  • Ongoing adoption of PDLC and driving best practices globally
  • Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC)
  • Developing and appraising new products and capability ideas
  • Managing strategic relationships with key industry partners
  • Leading, planning, and tracking all phases of the product life cycle

Requirements

  • Proven senior product leadership with deep domain expertise in consumers solutions
  • 20 years of progressively more responsible experience in strategy and product roles
  • Strong management discipline with demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams
  • Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PDLC
  • Experience developing product roadmaps
  • Compelling and effective communication skills, cross functionally and at all levels
  • Exudes accountability and ownership and is passionate about the problem their products solve
  • Solid organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking with a positive “can-do” attitude
