Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in executing cross-functional initiatives to improve problem resolution capabilities, processes, and controls within Group Operations.
- Assist in enhancing service quality and operational efficiency across multiple teams.
- Assist in coordinating project delivery across multiple teams.
- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for various business initiatives.
- Support the continuous improvement process in collaboration with the Best Practices team.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support hypothesis validation.
- Assist in preparing data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Tableau.
- Support Bright Promise activities and reporting.
- Liaise with various Group Operations areas, including Health & Dental Claims, Contact Centre, Implementation, and Business Development.
- Support the Program Manager in organizing and facilitating cross-functional meetings.
- Help identify and document process enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in implementing approved process improvements.
- Track and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, communications, and other business area deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and files.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including leadership and team meetings.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- GB Ops or GB Call Centre experience an asset
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills
