Responsibilities
Processing new business and/or revisions documents within established service standards
Creating and modifying client documents such as contracts and employee handbooks
Responding to inquiries from internal business partners
Interpreting plan design details and seeking clarification for right outcomes
Analyzing customer needs to recommend system setup
Partnering with representatives to clarify plan designs
Managing work priorities in a multifunctional environment
Investigating and resolving escalated issues or complaints
Participating in projects as needed
Requirements
Bilingualism (French, English) is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven customer service skills
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with effective problem-resolution skills
Negotiation skills and ability to work towards acceptable outcomes
Organized and ability to multitask to achieve deadlines
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment
Knowledge of Group Benefits and Plan Administration systems is preferred
