Responsibilities
Identify, standardize, and automate high-impact processes across Global Business Services (GBS), leveraging best practices to create a cohesive, unified approach to operational excellence and customer experience.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to lead a portfolio of complex improvement projects, driving tangible cost savings and process efficiencies while conducting root cause analysis and deploying process control techniques.
Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams to drive enhancements and align process improvements with broader business goals, coaching teams and establishing a framework for sustainable adoption of best practices.
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading large-scale Six Sigma and Lean initiatives within global, cross-functional environments.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), and Agile methodologies, with expertise in statistical process control.
Proven ability in managing complex, multi-phase projects across departments, utilizing strong analytical skills to translate data insights into strategic process improvements.
A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) and Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is required.
