Responsibilities
Oversee a team of ~500 Health & Dental Claims Operations team, fostering a high-performance culture
Drive service excellence, address escalated claims issues, and champion initiatives that enhance satisfaction for plan sponsors and members
Oversee end-to-end Health & Dental Claims process ensuring quality, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Provide executive operational oversight for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) block of business
Champion process automation, straight-through processing, digital tools, and analytics to streamline workflows
Ensure that claims operations adhere to all applicable federal and provincial regulations, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks
Build strong partnerships with internal functions and external partners to align operational goals
Requirements
15+ years experience with senior leadership experience in transformation, technology and operations
Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing cost drivers, accuracy metrics, and operational risk across multiple geographies
University degree in a related field such as business, engineering or operations research or relevant senior experience
Proven track record of successful delivery of complex, multi-year programs on time and on budget
Strong financial and business acumen, analytical and client focused
Passion for innovation and a proven track record of leading operational transformation and digitization initiatives; experience implementing generative AI solutions an asset
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only
