About the role

  • Regional Manager for Sunday Natural responsible for positioning health supplements and building partnerships in the DACH region. Engage in proactive acquisition and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive acquisition of new partners and maintenance of existing relationships in your region
  • Present our high-quality dietary supplements and secure long-term collaborations
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training for partners
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to expand and maintain your network
  • Prepare regular reports and analyze your sales processes, using data to optimize sales strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience with micronutrients, experience as a naturopathic practitioner or a comparable qualification in healthcare, combined with expertise in sales
  • Strong client advisory and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop sustainable, solution-oriented strategies
  • Experience building long-term customer relationships
  • High degree of self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and a confident, independent working style
  • German at C2 level and effective communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with willingness to travel within your local region
