  • Branch Manager leading operations for Sunbelt Rentals, overseeing sales, service, and team development. Managing financial performance and providing growth opportunities to your team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of branch operations: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, Logistics
  • Drive financial performance and operational excellence
  • Manage P&L and reporting functions
  • Coach and develop your team for success

Requirements

  • Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3–4 years rental industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong leadership and communication
  • Understanding of P&L and financial controls
  • Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
  • High accountability and time management
