  • Road Mechanic responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on construction equipment in various locations. Joining a team focused on safety and skill development while working with diverse equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Conduct diagnostics and make repairs
  • Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations
  • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
  • Collaborate with team members in a safety-focused environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
