Responsibilities
Support customers in Southern Germany
Perform on-site repair and service work
Ensure system functionality and customer satisfaction
Install and repair all components belonging to the system
Maintain the entire installation
Configure our servers
Troubleshoot faults at customer sites
Perform small new installations and system expansions
Properly document all service activities performed
Instruct customers in the use of our products
Requirements
Service- and customer-oriented working approach
Professional experience as a service and/or system technician (desirable)
Technical training, ideally with knowledge in video and network technology
Strong technical comprehension
Good problem-solving skills
Enjoy working independently and possess organizational skills
A receptive, customer-focused attitude
High willingness to travel (Mon–Fri)
Knowledge of English (desirable)
Valid driving licence (Class B)
