About the role

  • Field Engineer providing software support for G+D SWS products. Implementing software packages and troubleshooting customer software issues at sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Implement software packages at customer sites
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all customer software issues for G+D SWS products
  • Document all issues in G+D’s issue tracking system
  • Provide training on software as required
  • Lead Implementation activities at customer site

Requirements

  • Computer Science or related degree and 4+ years’ experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skill are a must
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
  • Flexibility to work long hours as necessary
