About the role

  • Product Marketing Engineer managing product support activities at S&C Electric. Collaborating with various teams to enhance product marketing and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze product support KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product managers to answer commercial team inquiries.
  • Administrating and executing product management systems and processes.
  • Working with technical writers on literature updates and new technical marketing materials.
  • Tracking the competitive landscape for S&C’s product portfolio.
  • Working with the Legal team to understand and communicate regulations that affect S&C’s product portfolio.
  • Contributing to new product development projects and launches.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to support trade shows and manage product demo equipment procurement.
  • Support third-party factory visits, demonstrations, and customer trainings.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. MBA is desirable.
  • 1-3 years of proven product marketing/management experience or sales engineering of power distribution and protection products or equivalent
  • Good PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Power BI software.
