Senior Product Manager leading strategy and execution for AI-driven automation at Suger. Collaborating with engineering and design in a hybrid work model in Vancouver, Canada.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience. You’ll balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions.
Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features. You’ll occasionally support onboarding or troubleshooting to deeply understand real-world user behavior, edge cases, and trust concerns around automation.
Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
Define clear success metrics for AI-powered features, including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes, and deliver measurable business impact.
Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring - including products with complex backend or data dependencies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and leadership to align on goals and execution.
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities, even when existing workflows appear to be functioning well.
A data-driven mindset, with experience using data to validate hypotheses, evaluate AI system performance, measure success, and inform product direction.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a strong plus.
Experience working on AI-powered products, automation, APIs, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
