About the role

  • Systems Support and Development Analyst supporting Suffolk County Council’s critical systems for social care and finance. Ensuring system functionality, support, and development in alignment with service needs and national requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to practitioners, finance staff, and managers, helping them to use systems effectively and resolve complex issues relating to system functionality and workflows
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of system tools that support operating models and key transformation programmes across Adults’ and Children’s Services
  • Actively support system upgrades, including preparation and testing of new releases, and engage with system users to improve system use and adoption

Requirements

  • Significant experience in using and supporting Liquidlogic and ContrOCC systems
  • A proven ability to identify opportunities for, and deliver, process improvements
  • Experience of delivering business analysis to support change programmes within a large organisation
  • The ability to clearly communicate complex or sensitive information to a wide range of non‑technical audiences
