About the role
- Treasury Specialist managing daily cash flow, forecasts, and banking relationships. Collaborating across teams for treasury optimization and financial management in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- YOU WILL
- Monitor and manage the company’s day-to-day cash flow and liquidity position
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Manage bank accounts and maintain relationships with financial institutions
- Execute and oversee domestic and international payments
- Optimize financing structures (including loans, credit facilities, and factoring)
- Support activities related to foreign exchange and interest rate risk management (hedging)
- Assist in negotiating financial terms with banks and other financial institutions
- Monitor financial covenants and ensure timely reporting to the group
- Collaborate closely with accounting, controlling, procurement, and sales teams
- Participate in treasury process optimization initiatives and implementation of financial tools
Requirements
- YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
- Good understanding of financial instruments and liquidity management
- Experience working with electronic banking systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data
- High level of accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Chinese would be a strong asset (due to cooperation with partners in the Asia region)
