Responsibilities
- Support the mission of reducing health care costs while improving access and quality of care for all
- Help lead the Health Systems Finance Team in its financial oversight work relating to the financial budgets and inter-period reporting
- Oversee financial operations relating to Vermont's 14 Community Hospitals and the Brattleboro Retreat
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field AND two (2) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting.
- OR Bachelor's degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting, or related field AND six (6) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting.
- OR Eight (8) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting.
- Preferred Qualifications Master's degree.
- Experience with organizational change management.
