Responsibilities
- You handle all accounting-related tasks: filing, uploading, preparing and organizing receipts and documents — in close coordination with our tax advisor.
- You support our COO with day-to-day finance and operations tasks.
- You take ownership of customer support: gather feedback, prioritize support requests and ensure our customers are satisfied.
- You keep analyses and reports up to date and run simple data queries independently.
- You work closely with the founder & COO — confidentially, directly and on an equal footing.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in a program relevant to the role.
- German is our company language — you communicate confidently and clearly in German; you can also use English effectively.
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and follow tasks through to completion.
- You use AI tools confidently as part of your workflow.
- You have experience with tools like Shopify, Excel or similar software — or you are eager to learn.
