About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager leading a 10-member sales team for sports medicine in Northern Germany. Responsible for key accounts, strategic planning, and team coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a sales team.
  • Manage and expand key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals.
  • Further develop the market position and foster strong customer loyalty together with your team.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to initiate targeted measures for increasing market share.
  • Support price negotiations, contract closings, and product workshops alongside your sales team.
  • Use available decision-making authority and scope to position products effectively in the market.

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience in medical technology or related industries with proven success in expanding market position.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Negotiation-level German and fluent English.
