Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of our annual medical education strategy in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Curriculum/program development and creation/delivery of educational content – utilizing HCP input.
Demonstrate technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs.
Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with the medical education strategy.
Drive collaboration with broader Medical Education, Marketing, Events, Finance and other stakeholders.
Lead the project management of medical education programs and manage internal/external resources that support an overarching strategic direction.
Stay informed about industry trends, clinical advancements and develop a network of key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive excellence in the Medical Education offering.
Organize and deliver classroom/virtual courses, workshops, events, etc.
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through voice of customer (VOC), metrics, surveys, etc. to enable potential improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
8 years of work experience, including developing and executing (Medical) Education/Training strategies and programs in MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects across multiple countries to ensure timely outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; fluency in spoken and written English.
Sophisticated networking skills, capable of developing strong relationships and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to understand and collaborate with stakeholders from different markets and cultures.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally.
Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40%).
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales, Project Management, or Events Management.
