About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide training and support for surgeons and OR staff before and during procedures in the handling of the Mako System in the Greater Soest area.
- Conduct OR briefings and instruction for clinical and technical leadership on the Mako System and its installed applications (hip and knee total joint replacement).
- Explain software workflows to prepare preoperative CT data for compatibility with the Mako System and support the surgeon in preoperative planning.
- Prepare previews of upcoming procedures using the Mako System.
- Plan, organize and deliver training programs and presentations for users from the OR and radiology departments.
- Coordinate newly acquired customers in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team.
- Provide sales support for product-specific inquiries at trade shows and congresses.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience within a medical environment (surgical technologist/OTA, medical device application specialist, clinical support, physiotherapy).
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex issues quickly and clearly.
- Pronounced customer and service orientation.
- Valid driving license (class B) and high willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and very good English skills (C1) both spoken and written.
