Responsibilities
- A robotizálandó és automatizálandó folyamatok folyamati szintű elemzése
- Az automatizálhatóság vizsgálata, elemzése, automatizációs megoldási javaslatok megfogalmazása
- A folyamati dokumentáció elkészítése, illetve az üzleti területek támogatása az üzleti folyamat térkép elkészítésében
- Kapcsolattartás az üzleti területekkel
- Az automatizmusok, robotok koordinációs feladatainak megtervezése, összehangolása
- A munkakörhöz kapcsolódó folyamatok fejlesztése, fejlesztési javaslatok megfogalmazása
- A szakterületre vonatkozó külső és belső KPI-ok, szolgáltatási szintek, célkitűzések teljesítése
- A szükséges adminisztrációs kötelezettségek ellátása
Requirements
- Felsőfokú szakirányú iskolai végzettség
- Előnyt jelent SAP rendszer ismerete
- Energiaipari folyamatok ismerete
- BA vagy folyamatelemző területen szerzett tapasztalat
- Kommunikációképes angol nyelvtudás
