About the role

  • Senior Account Manager responsible for developing and growing customer accounts at Honeywell. Focusing on process automation and enhancing customer success through strategic sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territorial plans and sales strategies to grow and serve the customer base
  • Act as the main interface for customers, building long-term relationships at all organizational levels
  • Understand customer needs and drivers, communicate Honeywell’s value, and tailor solutions to deliver real business outcomes
  • Manage day-to-day and strategic sales activities, including account planning, opportunity identification, proposals, negotiations
  • Coordinate internal resources, champion customer requirements within Honeywell, and influence peers and executives to ensure customer success

Requirements

  • Strong solution sales experience , preferably from a technical solution remit
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute complex sales strategies and campaigns
  • Skilled at building and maintaining senior-level customer relationships
  • Deep understanding of Honeywell’s value proposition, industry trends, commercial terms, and account management practices
  • Strong communicator and presenter, credible and respected internally and externally, disciplined and results-driven, adaptable to change
