Responsibilities
Act as the key marketing lead for the Orthopaedics portfolio in Mexico.
Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in Latin America.
Lead the execution of regional marketing strategies in Mexico.
Act as the primary marketing interface between regional teams, local leadership, and commercial teams.
Develop and implement local marketing plans.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Support the development of a medical certification hub in Mexico.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive commercial execution.
Analyze business performance and market data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 6 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support business decisions.
Experience in product marketing, product launches, or portfolio management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Advanced English.
Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree.
Experience in Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement or robotics.
Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
