Responsibilities
Create and manage in-house visual design and social media content to promote Emprise Bank’s brand, products, and services.
Partner with various lines of business to understand the product and desired business outcome, and lead the creation of marketing campaigns.
Execute marketing campaigns across various paid, owned, and earned media channels as appropriate.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Develop engaging content for websites, emails, promotional materials, print and digital ads, social media and events.
Develop and design internal tools and templates to ensure brand consistency, including presentations, playbooks, and product/pricing guides.
Assist in creating videos, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support sales and product promotions.
Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all creative output and vendor-produced materials.
Create and manage social media strategies for various platforms, understanding audience and voice for each.
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries timely, occasionally outside of normal business hours.
Requirements
BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of experience in creative marketing
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Understanding of graphic design principles.
