Lead integrated business planning across APAC for Stryker, ensuring alignment between demand and supply. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and optimize costs.
Responsibilities
Drive the APAC IBP process, including demand and supply planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and product lifecycle management.
Lead regional IBP forums such as APAC Franchise Planning Reviews (AFPR) and govern planning processes to improve KPIs like demand accuracy, NRP accuracy, and backorder rates.
Consolidate and analyze APAC demand and supply data, providing monthly reports on major product lines, growth trends, and supply constraints.
Develop allocation plans for globally constrained products and improve visibility of supply outlook.
Coordinate new product launches, last-time buys, and business continuity plans to ensure supply reliability.
Identify and communicate business risks to stakeholders, escalating as needed to management.
Partner with global and regional teams to influence allocation decisions and support strategic initiatives.
Support inventory health improvement and process standardization across APAC and global programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain or planning management.
Proven experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or IBP forums.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis; experience with planning tools such as Oracle Demantra, SAP APO, or JDE/Oracle ERP.
Fluency in English (additional Asian language is a plus).
