About the role

  • Service Manager ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in IT sector. Collaborating with clients and internal teams for effective service management and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure the timely and error-free delivery of the services you are responsible for and act as the central point of contact for our clients to address their concerns effectively and with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • You organize and moderate both internal and external service meetings, ensuring smooth communication and exchange.
  • You work closely with the sales organization, product management and development, contributing your expertise to service and requirements specifications, acceptance testing, and effort estimation.
  • Handling and implementing individual customer orders as well as reliably ensuring invoicing are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You handle incident, problem and change requests with a solution-focused approach, ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in the IT field with many years of relevant professional experience, or you hold a degree in IT with several years of relevant professional experience, or you have a comparable qualification.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking are among your strengths.
  • You are distinguished by a confident manner and strong communication skills.
  • You bring an independent and responsible working style.
  • You have knowledge of ITIL and service management processes.
  • You have fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • You are willing to contribute to a team in an agile environment with dynamically changing requirements.
