About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst conducting selection processes and aligning priorities with managers at Strattner in Brazil. Aiming for innovative strategies in talent acquisition while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
  • Align priorities with hiring managers;
  • Apply best practices to ensure hires match the desired profile and align with business strategy;
  • Conduct market mapping;
  • Ensure an excellent experience for candidates and hiring leaders;
  • Propose creative and innovative strategies for sourcing candidates;
  • Manage onboarding of new employees;
  • Experience working with HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes;
  • Experience with headhunting/proactive sourcing;
  • Knowledge of competency-based selection/interviewing;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Advanced English – will be tested;
  • Advanced Spanish – will be tested.
