About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating high-quality visual assets for Strategic Gears, one of the largest local management consultancies. Engaging with cross-functional teams while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including reports, presentations, and digital content for the website and social media.
  • Ensure all designs are in alignment with company branding and style guidelines, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create visually impactful materials for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process, enhancing our brand’s visual impact.
  • Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and gathering feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on corporate design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design experience across digital and print platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
