Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams as well as other creative team members to create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, including educational decks, print materials, web and digital resources and convention materials.
Produce mock-ups and wireframes to visualize design concepts.
Ensure brand consistency throughout all designs and assets.
Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve design and software skills.
Take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality designs within the given time frame.
Revise, edit, and proofread designs as needed.
Collaborate with production and other external vendors to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role, demonstrating expertise in visual communication and brand storytelling.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Able to create dynamic designs and presentations in PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
