About the role

  • Visual Designer at Hapana creating high-quality visual content for marketing channels. Collaborating with teams to design assets that enhance brand engagement and support growth in fitness industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design 2D visual assets and occasional light 3D visuals for marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, website, email, events, and sales materials, including product-led visuals that reflect UI and UX concepts in collaboration with Product.
  • Create 2D graphics and light motion/video content, including simple animations or 3D-enhanced visuals, to support demand generation, product launches, and GTM initiatives.
  • Translate marketing and product messaging into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual storytelling.
  • Support event marketing with creative assets, such as presentations, signage, booth graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Apply and maintain Hapana’s brand guidelines consistently across all marketing outputs.
  • Adapt and optimise creative assets for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Growth to deliver assets on time, aligned with agreed content strategy and campaign priorities.
  • Manage multiple design requests in parallel while meeting briefs and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Own design templates, asset libraries, and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc creative needs as the business scales and priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects (familiarity with Canva is a plus).
  • Familiarity with (or interest in) AI-assisted image and video creation tools (e.g. Higgsfield AI, HeyGen, or similar).
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS, technology, or digital-first brands (in-house or agency).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design across marketing channels (social, paid, web, sales presentations, events).
  • Experience creating both static visual assets and basic motion/video content (e.g. social videos, simple animations).
  • Ability to take briefs and execute with increasing independence.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Clear communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration.
