Responsibilities
Design 2D visual assets and occasional light 3D visuals for marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, website, email, events, and sales materials, including product-led visuals that reflect UI and UX concepts in collaboration with Product.
Create 2D graphics and light motion/video content, including simple animations or 3D-enhanced visuals, to support demand generation, product launches, and GTM initiatives.
Translate marketing and product messaging into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual storytelling.
Support event marketing with creative assets, such as presentations, signage, booth graphics, and promotional materials.
Apply and maintain Hapana’s brand guidelines consistently across all marketing outputs.
Adapt and optimise creative assets for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Growth to deliver assets on time, aligned with agreed content strategy and campaign priorities.
Manage multiple design requests in parallel while meeting briefs and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Own design templates, asset libraries, and workflows to increase efficiency.
Support ad-hoc creative needs as the business scales and priorities evolve.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects (familiarity with Canva is a plus).
Familiarity with (or interest in) AI-assisted image and video creation tools (e.g. Higgsfield AI, HeyGen, or similar).
Experience designing for B2B SaaS, technology, or digital-first brands (in-house or agency).
