About the role

  • Graphic Designer at Providence creating engaging marketing materials aligned with brand identity. Responsible for handling over 50 million annual emails and 6 million direct mail pieces.

Responsibilities

  • Handling graphic design tasks from concept to delivery.
  • Leveraging AI in content and creative development.
  • Refining projects and drafts.
  • Generating creative ideas.
  • Supporting A/B creative and messaging tests.
  • Creating original illustrations and infographics.
  • Ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Having broad knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • 2 years of experience designing for email, websites, direct mail, and other digital marketing channels.
  • 2 years of experience working with a digital asset management system.
  • 1 year of experience using project tracking software such as Workfront or similar.
  • 1 year of experience working with compliant solutions in a regulated industry such as healthcare.
  • 1 year of Stripo Content Software.
