- Leverage Senior SME expertise to design and implement standard payroll services
- Support the Payroll Manager in their role as Local Service Delivery Manager
- Coach and support Senior Customer Management Associates and Specialists
- Manage legal and regulatory compliance processes related to payroll activities
- Play a key role in payroll training and certification programs within the Customer Service team
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex payroll issues
