Requirements
Significant experience leading paid social marketing campaigns in an eCommerce setting.
A proven track record of managing multi-million-euro budgets across different regions.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
Deep knowledge of the customer journey from brand awareness to conversion.
Excellent analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on data.
Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external partners.
Experience with tools like Smartly and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics.
You have experience testing incrementality and understand complex attribution topics.
You are comfortable working with OKR frameworks and managing multiple brands at once.
You hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
