Requirements
You are a performance marketing leader with 7+ years of hands-on experience owning paid media in high-growth environments—ideally consumer tech, SaaS, subscription, or app-based products.
You've independently managed multi-million-dollar budgets, delivered sustained ROAS/CPA improvements, and scaled campaigns that drive revenue and acquisition targets.
